The jewelry collection is made of porcelain and fired in height temperature.
Every piece is unique, and you will not find identical ones. 

Each flower is handmade petal by petal. Porcelain is the highest quality and type of ceramics that is very strong and durable and should be treated with care, as it can break if dropped or knocked against a hard surface.

Please note that because porcelain is an organic clay (and in some cases, recycled), small imperfections might occur. However, this does not reduce by any way the high quality of the porcelain used. 

We use a non-toxic glaze for extra care. This glaze may have a natural crackled effect.
Care Instructions:
Clean the porcelain with warm water and soap. Don’t use anything other than a washcloth, as other materials such as a scotch-brite or scrub brush could scratch the finish and discolor porcelain.
Avoid using household bleaches , proprietary cleaning products and acetone because they can cause irreversible damage.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items should be carefully wrapped and returned in the original packaging. Once I receive the package I will issue your refund. We do not accept if it has any damage.Custom orders are not refundable. we do not refund the shipping costs.
Items will ship in 3-5 business days after receiving payment. Items will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS in most cases. Items will be carefully wrapped, packed, and insured when shipped to ensure they arrive safely at your door. If expedited shipping is needed, contact me beforehand and we can make arrangements. Buyer will be responsible for extra charges.
If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me with the specifics. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your custom item. If you have a large quantity or something that is more labor intensive, please allow for more time. We can discuss all of this beforehand
Custom orders will require payment upfront. I will post a listing with your name listed on it so you can select it and make your payment. Once payment is received I will start making your custom piece immediately. As soon as it is done I will notify you and have it carefully packaged, insured and shipped.
There are no refunds on custom orders.
